Sst6 Platform Terms & Conditions
Please read this document carefully before using the sst6 platform. By registering an account or using any services provided by sst6, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please discontinue use of the platform.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing the sst6 website or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. Acceptance takes effect immediately upon your first use of the platform.
These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and sst6 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms shall be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the sst6 platform. By registering an account, you confirm that you are of legal age and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the sst6 platform. Creating multiple accounts, fake accounts, or accounts on behalf of another person without authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. sst6 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us.
General User Responsibilities
- Users are prohibited from using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.
- Users are prohibited from attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's security systems.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the local laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
- Any misuse of the bonus or promotions system with the intent to defraud the platform is prohibited and may result in account termination.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All financial transactions on the sst6 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and betting activity — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform does not accept foreign currency payments directly; any currency conversion is the user's responsibility and may incur charges from their bank.
Deposits
Deposits made to a sst6 account are final once confirmed by the payment system. Users are responsible for ensuring all payment details are correct before confirming any transaction. sst6 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, which may be required before funds are released. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and may take between one to five business days. sst6 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security review or compliance purposes.
Unauthorised Transactions
Any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or illegitimate sources of funds will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws in Malaysia. sst6 reserves the right to freeze or close any account involved in such transactions without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Sst6 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability of its services. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sst6 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform, including data loss, service interruptions, or betting outcomes.
Sst6's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials displayed on the sst6 platform are the exclusive property of sst6 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The sst6 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. sst6 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Suspension, Closure & Terms Amendments
Account Suspension & Closure
Sst6 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or at the request of a competent authority. In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may not be returned, depending on the nature of the breach.
Users may also request closure of their own account by contacting the sst6 support team via email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within seven (7) business days, and any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.
Terms Amendments
Sst6 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the sst6 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malaysia.
